Hello. My name is Bill. I have a Kawasaki Vulcan 2000. It's 2006 model. Exhaust header flange nut fell off and I'm not able to put wrench in there to tighten the capped nut u just put on with my finger torque. I need to get it tightened. Which tool should I purchase for this job.

The nut without the cap, left nut, is easy to tighten, there is enough room to turn a wrench. would you recommend? What kinda tools for this job I need.

I’d have to check but I think I’ve been able to get a short socket with a wiggly joint on mine to tighten that one. Otherwise maybe a wiggly socket or a crow’s foot?

Same here, I think I've had those off and on using a universal joint socket. It's still tight though.

With different pipes maybe you'll have to take off the front heat shield or wedge past that, if it's not removable.

Tested...

A 12mm 3/8" drive u-joint socket or a 12mm 1/4" drive socket on a 1/4" u-joint adapter both fit mine. The 1/4" setup maybe a little better but either would work in my case.

That said, to me it looks like the heat shield is closer on those pipes than the V&H Powershots on mine, but hard to say for sure from the pics.
