Since my wife has started riding with me on occasion, she's asked me to put a backrest on the Vulcan.

I've already been looking at a set of EasyBrackets for the the new bags that I just picked up, and I see that there is an option from EasyBrackets for the Paladin removable backrest.

Here's my issue. I know that I need to pick up the EasyBrackets.

Code:

However, I'm a bit lost on the options for the backrest.

Do I just need the removable backrest? (P9800A) Or do I also need the full kit with the mounting hardware? (P9BR106)

I've seen a few folks here with this setup, so I'm hoping someone can chime in and help me out.

Hi, not got either on my bike but looking at the link you posted I would say that you need all three items, the backrest, the quick release hardware for it and the easy bracket kit. I would say you're best of giving them a call to see what they recommend.
