The answer, generally, is "no" unless that or installation thereof caused something else to fail.

E.g., just bolting on the pipe and using the pipe won't void warranty (emissions compliance may be a different matter) but if the pipe caused the mixture to be lean and the engine sustained damage as a result, then that damage would not be the mfg's/Kawasaki's responsibility to cover in warranty.

I spoke with my dealer and the only reason they gave me that adding aftermarket parts would void the warranty would be if a Kawasaki certified mechanic didn't do the work.

@Jet Peddler Well done on your channel btw, I've stumbled on more than a few of your vids while trawling through youtube as a biker newb, and they've been super helpful. I'm glad I caught this one too - nice work!

Certainly they would like you to believe that as then they'd get at least some of the action. But, it's not true; at least not in the USA where we have the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

Agreed, I spoke to Ivan regarding my ECU and he said the same exact thing when we talked about the warranty.
