I was cleaning my bike about a month ago (4/16/2013) and noticed a small crack on the lid of the saddle bag about midway the hinge. I took it in to the dealership about a week later and started the warranty process. I recieved my new bag yesterday. I was thinking that was a pretty quick turn around for a warranty fix until my dealer's parts manager apologized about the long wait. He said that he went on vacation the day after we started the warranty process and forgot to start the process. He actually admitted that he dropped the ball. BTW it's hard to believe that those bags are about $1,100 each.
