Use oatey abs cement. May have to order it depending on building codes in your area, but I got it from home depot for $5. Works great I have a thread on here where I outline how I fixed my fender.

I have done a LOT of plastic repair. A simple small soldering iron will easily plastic weld the part/crack back together. You can also get filler rod at Harbor Freight Tools to act as filler rod to melt/blend into the crack.

I recently repaired a significant crack in the front fender for a BMW R1200R. Used a small grinder tip in my Ryobi mototool and ground out the crack a bit. Then I used the soldering iron to make a bunch of "spot" welds, then welded the entire crack with the soldering iron and filler rod. After the repair I purposely twisted the fender far beyond the amount it would ever do in regular use and no fail.
