Just got back from a great ride around Nevada, Idaho, Oregon, No. California.
The main purpose of the trip was to spend some time on the Oregon coast,
we had not been to the coast in 8 years and figured it was time.
the route chosen was for sight seeing, mostly two lane.
Hwy's 7, 26 , 101 and 199 are stand out rides in Oregon, and Hwy's 199, 101, 299, 36 and 70 are stand outs in No. California.
Being from Nevada, I ride hwy 51 a bit, and it is a nice ride also.
If i did it properly, here is our route.

I used the link but it did not show a route, just the map of the U.S. Had something in the center like it was loading, but after several minutes I gave up.
