I thought I did a decent search before posting this but just found a thread in the general forum where this is discussed. The same question is posed and although there isn't a definitive answer, it seems those who have mounted them have used either the bar clamp or mirror mount. I'm going assume that no one's had success with the perch mount, but I'll leave this here for a bit in case someone has and they want to respond.
