It has to be very similar than changing the tire of a VN2000.
If that it the case:
Remove top muffler
Remove the brake caliper
Lose the axle nut
Put the bike on the lift and put the bike straight
Remove the rear axle
Push the wheel forward and remove the belt
Lift the bike and remove the wheel
Put the tire back
Lower the bike enough to install the belt again
Install the axle
Install the brake caliper
lower the bike
Torque the axle nut and install a new cotter pin
Install the muffler back

I have a 09 kawasaki vulcan 900 i can't throttle it passed 1/4 throttle if i do it just boggs out like it ant getting enough gas has anyone else experienced this type of problem or if someone could point me in the right direction to what might be causing it.
