I am using a Cee Baileys on my Vaquero, I like their quality of materials and workmanship.

Is this what your are talking about. It has a flipped section on top. Its not the protections so much as it is the buffeting. We ride with FF helmets. I can put my hand on top of my shield and she says it goes away. Maybe the one with the curve on top might do it.

I was going to get the HD lowers. I saw on here that some one had them. May have been Jammin John since you mentioned that here. I purchased an LT windshield and hardware from another forum member. That is the set up I am running.

Don't go so tall that you can't see over it.
Get her some goggles or a face shield.
The stock shield is way too narrow and there's no lowers.
I went with a 28" wide, light tint, cut like an adventure bike. Softail lowers.

I have an LT though.

I just wanted to check and see, but are these the lowers you are talking about.

Also are there any reason why these won't work?

Thanks. What all did you have to do to mount them. I was thinking one of the holes lined up and had to drill a new one for the other. But I can't remember right off hand.
