I am sure this has been asked a few times but where do the catalytic converters live on a 2010 Voyager? Are they in the headers or are they in the exhaust pipes? I have put on Cobra Tri Ovals and love them but trying to get rid of a little more heat yet.

Thanks in advance for any help.

They are in the large diameter pipes you took off. The best thing you can do to reduce the heat is to wrap the pipes. Myself and many others have done this and are very satisfied. I have lost so much heat on mine that I ride locally all the time in shorts.:)
Here's some links on that.

Post #19 shows images of wrapped pipe.

You can also get a KAMS heat kit that now comes on the Voyagers.

Already have them wrapped, it helped a little bit but she still gets a hot foot. I am comfy on it but it's just her right foot that gets hot.

I assume you did the cross-over too. And also did you over wrap by at lease half the width of the wrap? Down at the "Y" I probably double wrapped it in that area.
