When rebuilding the carb. Do you put anything down when seating the diaphragm? Mine didn’t seem to have anything down at all. And I didn’t see the Russ wolf scooterize PDF mention anything either. But I watched a scooterize carb video on YouTube and he used some kind of silicone. Curious if I need to do that or not?

no don't use glue or silicone of any kind when seating/installing the diaphragm

and be careful when installing screwing on those 4 little screws back on for the carb top because the heads on them can be easily stripped

If possible change the screws to ss Allen head bolts.
