Today I was driving up a major road here when I spotted a guy on a bike on my right looking to join the traffic. It's like I could read his mind. Yea he pulled right out, not fast though. He still had both feet on the ground. I hit the brakes and stuck my arm out the window to signal the car next to me. She saw my arm and hit her brakes. They guy went straight across two lanes to the turn left lane and almost got hit there. The entire time with his feet down walking the bike. The lady caught up to me at the next light, honked and said thank you. I like to think she was grateful she didn't kill someone today or the fact she didn't mess up her 45K Denali.

Just made me think how much more attention I'm paying since I started riding.

Sounds like you saved a life, and the rider needs to spend a good bit of time practicing in an empty parking lot somewhere.

That's the bad part. The only people who watch out for riders are riders. I always expect every car to do worst. haven't layed one down yet. Hope to keep it that way
