There are 4 different fuse boxes on the KVS (Kawasaki Vulcan S). The service manual (pdf file for download pinned to this forum page) lists the fuses in each fuse box by their purpose (eg, fan fuse, meter fuse). "F1 fuse" or "FI fuse" is not listed. You need to provide more information to get help.

What amie-j said. Plus, stop putting in fuses and blowing them. You could do major damage. Fuses are there to prevent damage, but you can still do damage blowing fuses over and over.

I see you are new to the board. Fist off good to see you here.

With any issues on bike you will have to give us good descriptions of what is going on with the trouble of the bike. You will also need to help us take the steps to trouble shoot the issues.

Are you mechanically handy with your hands? Do you have some testing or trouble shooting tools?

I would need to know if you have added anything to your bikes electrical system, new lights, horn USB phone charger?

Look on the bikes main wiring harness for any wear marks or if some little rodent got in there and started to chew on them.

Good luck.
