Does anyone have any experience in changing the headlight on a classic? Im thinking of a 5 3/4" Chrome Billet headlight such as Ness or Headwinds. Obviously removing the old lights a cake walk, I will use the middle front mounting hole used with the original oem bracket, just need to manufacture a 3" ish bracket out of polished stainless. Now my query, wiring wise there's three terminal connectors around 3/4" in size, the bulb and sidelight wires and my two wires from the heated grips, I'm just not sure how much room is avaliable inside the billet headlights, hopefully enough as they are 8" or 9" long. Just wondered if its been done already.
Cheers. Martync

Interestingly , aside from the tank, the headlight was the most expensive item LOL

Billet Headlight all fitted. Milled the standard bracket to receive the headlight mount and cut a 1 1/4" hole through the light casing to feed the wires through. All in all pretty simple.
