I have a 1999 Kawasaki vulacan en500c that will warm up and when warm with choke in but not all way will idle for 5 minutes and slowly putter down to a very slow idle and stop running. When first cold start it will idle real slow with choke all way out then build speed within 2 minutes. Can anyone help me fix this problem please? Thank you!

if your motor is running worse when it gets warm, it's running rich (too much fuel) the air/fuel mixture is too rich

How does it run after it warms up and you push the choke in? If it runs fine, this is normal, the choke is a fuel enricher which adds more fuel instead of blocking air. After it's warm if the idle is low or high, adjust idle. Run a couple of tanks of seafoam through it,it'll help clean things out.
