Hello everyone
I have an 03 Vulcan 750 with 33,000+ miles. I just replaced the clutch in it. With 200 miles on the new clutch. Now when I start it and let it warm up. I'll pull the clutch in put it in 1st, and it clunks very hard and the bike will want to creep forward and make a horrible grinding sound. The bike will creep and pulsate with the engine idle. I have adjusted the cable it a little, it doesn't appear to be wore as the there is still all of the cable adjustment left. Has anyone ever encountered this problem? And can anyone help me out with this issue? Thanks, Lou

I have pulled it apart and inspected the clutch plates, and nothing is broken! Did something in the trans let go?!

Yes the last plate goes in the short stacks on the clutch basket. The bike drove fine for awhile then all of a sudden the problem started. Thanks for the ideas guys, please keep them coming! Lou
