It's a downloaded PDF (the '06 edition) that I grabbed from a link I saw somewhere on one of these forums, but I can't recall exactly where I saw the link. If you like, send me your email addy in a PM and I can attach it and forward it on to you.

Additional Torque specs

from the Kaw VN900 Service Manual:

Torque - Front Axle Nuts: 108 N·m (11.0 kgf·m, 79.7 ft·lb)

Torque - Rear Axle Nut: 108 N·m (11.0 kgf·m, 79.7 ft·lb)
Do you happen to know the torque specs for the two axle pinch bolts, and the Caliper mounting bolts?

I know the front pinch bolt is 15 ftlbs because I ran across that this morning in my factory service manual and that was one of only two torque values listed for the front wheel. The other was the axle nut at 80 ftlbs.

(Ran over a beer bottle Monday and now am buying a new front tire due to the excessive cut in the tire).

Is this the same torque value for an 09 Vulcan Custom SE axle nut? I checked my owners manual and it says, "hey numb nuts check with the dealer." gggrrrr
