I measure the stock spacing on the handlebar risers to be 3.510" bolt center to bolt center.

A quick conversion shows that 89mm would be 3.504". Just curious if anyone else happens to know the spacing for the bolt holes?

This would be center of one riser to the center of the other (bolt centerline to bolt centerline).

I am machining a custom clamp. The bike is half torn apart so I'm trying to tackle a bunch of things while I'm at this point.

I checked again and the factory risers are offset. The lower portion that bolts to the tree is 3.720 Center to center but the bolts on the clamp are about 3.023".

Why does this matter? Because when I put my new 2" risers on there, they will be spaced at the bolt centerline from the tree. So...my clamp must match that dimension. I will measure again before I program them for the CNC but found what I needed! :)
