all weather cover for nomad

Hey guys, I'm in the market for a cover for my 01 nomad, I'm just looking for recommendations on brands and what size to get, the charts can be mis leading. I'm looking to store my bike outside since I live in an apartment without a garage so rain, wind, hail are all possibilities.
