I have a 2001 Vulcan 750.

My bike was running just fine, but it tipped over when the driveway flooded during a tropical storm a couple weeks ago. Now she won't start, turn over, anything. I checked the battery, the ignition switch, fuses, kickstand safety switch, and starter.

The neutral light does come on, so at least part of the electrical system is fine. What else should I check, take apart, rebuild, etc?

Thanks :)

Quick bit of advice:

Do everything Sfair says, to a tee, take notes, record everything, and don't question anything he says or skip anything, just do it.

I'm serious, this man is a wizard and he will get you fixed up for sure.
