Finally got my bike fully fixed, did all adjustment things including the carbs.
Fuel level is half millimeter above carburetor body edge.
Pilot screw is set to 2 3/4 turns.
Cleaned with lots of carb cleaner.
There is kinda slow-ish return to idle, this seems like lean condition on idle...
I just joined the forum recently and I was looking at the dates on the various posts - most of them are approaching 10 years old (like the last Vulcan 500!) and I was just wondering if the group is still alive.... Class.... Anyone?!
It's been awhile since I've posted. The Vulcan is going for sale since I've decided I want something a little smaller. No, what I really super actually want - in addition to something a little smaller is something that's not been so messed with. I'm also not crazy about carburetors...
