This bike is fighting me every step of the way getting it back on the road. Pulled the carbs to rejet due to better air filters and straight pipes. Went up to 45 pilot and 118 front main and 120 rear. Checked the float levels by the book, when I open the bowl drain screws fuel comes out along with air bubbles:surprise:, I've never seen this before. I've rebuilt alot of carbs before never had this problem. The bike idles but is very hard to start and the idle is very unstable for the first 30 seconds or so, I think due to the air in the carbs. After running for a few minutes the idle somewhat stabilizes. Took it out for a ride and it runs like a raped ape when I open it up very happy with that! So the fuel level in the jet chambers can't be too low I'm thinking but I can't accurately check them with those air bubbles coming out when checking the level.
