You didn't say if you were looking for hardbags or soft bags. See my Matazu hard bags, the Candy Plasma Blue 900, last set of pics in this link:

These really match the lines of the 900 Custom. These are decent bags (not top of the line) for reasonable price, but it cost almost as much to color match bike paint as the bags cost new.

Try going with the stock Vulcan bags, I have the slim bag on my Custom and fits like a glove, cost a bit more than some but can shop around, Willie & Max Revoution bags similar.

I have the Willie & Max Revolution bags and they look great. They do a good job of matching the curve of the rear fender on a Classic. They are also a very well made bag. Other than a scuff in the vinyl, they didn't crush when I rear-ended that truck the other week. Mine are the Revolution standard large series. See below for a picture of the bags on my bike.

Mitch,

I have the Saddlemen Teardrop specific bags and I think that they do a good job of complementing the lines of the bike. Unfortunately I took them off to store the bike for the Winter si I don't have a chanve to take a pic for you. The only caveat is that the instructions suck and the hardware really is not correct for the Vulcan. They were helpful on the phone. I went out and bought a bunch of washers to use as spaceers and ultimatel got them mounted. If you go with them, I will be glad to give you more specifics. The only thing that I find a little annoying is the velcro tabs on the top closure. They stick so well that they are a nuisance.

Hey,
Jeep Pirate are those bags the small or the large size?
I am looking for some just like that but maybe a little bigger.
Did yours come with the hardmount brackets?

It has been about a year, but I think I got the large size bags. I do have the Willie & Max universal hard mount setup. I even took some SS threaded rod, some fender washers, and some assorted nuts and made it so the frame could stay attached but allow the bags to come off by just removing 4 nuts per bag. This makes cleaning the bike a lot easier. I used acorn nuts on the inside of the bag so I didn't scratch my hand on the end of the threaded rod. If you go this route and want some help with the mod, send me a PM and I will take some pics for you.

The only drawback I have seen to the Willie and Max setup is I am not sure how you would mount a sissy bar if you wanted one. I don't usually use one but had thought it might be nice to tie a duffel to if I went on a long trip.

I have the Willie and Max on my custom. Mounting is easy and secure, shape looks good with Custom.

I've got the Saddlemen teardrops on my Classic. They follow the lines pretty nice. I've had a couple people ask if they were made specifically for this model. I'm not sure if or how the lines of the Custom differ from the Classic, other than the length of the fender.
