Where I live you can get a new one for around that price. That bike would go for around $5000-5,500 in my neck of the woods.

Got my classic brand new 2 months ago for $5499 + sales tax so under 6k and it was a 2013. You rarely get much money for accessories so I would say drop her to 5k and hope for the best...

I just sold my sportbike with 5k miles for 8500, but it was over 14k new.

Jeep:
I live in the St Louis area and they go for 3 to 5K depending upon year and miles. I bought mine brand new of under 6K with warranties and such. If you kept your original parts, put them back on and sell the aftermarket stuff separately. You can get 60 - 70% of the original cost of the aftermarket parts if they are in good shape. The bike will be about 5K at the best. Don't mean to be a downer for you but I think that is how it's going to go. You may (a big may) do better trading it in at the stealership when you get the Vaquero. Just food for thought.
