Any special way to change out the plugs? A little hard to get to unless you remove the gas tank? I don't have a clue!

To get a little more clearance I took the bolt out and lifted the back of the tank a couple of inches. Put something in between it and the frame to hold it up. Plenty of room to change the plugs then.

I unbolted the rear part of the tank and stuffed a folded towel underneath it. Then using the spark plug tool in the tool kit, I got them out and replaced without any drama.

results: spark plug removal

OK, so I used the "towel" method to get at the plug at the back of the fuel tank. No problem. The spark plug removal tool is terrific. The front plug wasn't much more difficult. Just a little manual dexterity and you are good to go. Just want to say it is a great confidence builder to hear from other folks that have done this to give me the assurance I can do it also. I probably would have tried to remove the tank were it not for you guys! Woo-hoo!
