1 post 5 minutes ago Parking lights and break lights wont work but it will start and run. The lights will work with the switch in park position. I'm thinking bad ignition switch...any in put would be appreciated
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm looking at some wiring diagrams for the 04 1500's and some models seem to not have a running light circuit. Double check your light connections and bulbs, and see if there actually is a running light circuit.
I am new here and I am just wondering what everyone thinks about a 2003 1500 nomad with about 38,000 kilometres on it . I am thinking about buying one and wanted to ask if there is many if any issues with this motorcycle ? Thanks for any help you can give !
Somehow I lost the one key to my 2001 1500. The dealership says I need to remove the ignition switch in order to see the serial number so they can cut a new key. First of, does anyone know another way to get a new key? And if not, how do I remove the switch? Are there any videos available...
I bought this bad boy a few days ago and after taking apart the rear fender I noticed that it's Frankenstein's Monster.
I'm trying to find a way to stabilize the rear fender (when I get up around 55-60 or when the wind is kicking that rear fender is waddling like a duck with the Hershey...

I bought a 2001 Vulcan Nomad FI and it's so damn loud. It came with the V&H True Dual system and has the baffles removed completely. I've been searching for replacements but come up short everywhere. Far as I know, V&H doesn't sell them at all because they referred me to retailers...
I have the opportunity to buy a 98 Vulcan 1500 for $700. Ran when parked and could use some parts here and there. It comes with a part bike. I was wondering is it worth it? Or are these bikes not the best?
