I've got a 2012 Voyager. One day last week I was riding in town on a moderately warm day when I noticed the temp up higher than it normally would be before the fan kicked in. I happened to look down on the left side where the coolant bottle is under the side cover and noticed a blurp of coolant running onto the ground. I quickly got moving again and got some air moving which lowered the temp. I got her parked at home and found the fan fuse was blown. I have had a manual fan switch installed for a couple seasons now and that fuse was blown also (both are 10 amp). I replaced both fuses and the fan switch now operates both fans normally. The thing is when the bike gets up to the 1st line past half way the fans do not kick in automatically at all. I replaced the regulator box that's attached to the ECU, thinking that was the problem but it still doesn't work. Does anyone know what else there is besides the ECU that could be the problem. I know the coolant temp sensor seems to be showing the proper temp, but I just don't know where to go from here.

Edit: I forgot to mention I took the tank off and coolant level is right to the top

Has this bike’s ECU been flashed by Ivan yet?
No it hasn't been flashed, its stock and was working fine one day and not the next

My first thoughts when you start seeing blown fan fuses are only two things:

Check the fan motor resistance for being within spec.

Check for short to ground somewhere along the switched positive supply harness to fan.

As for the coolant temp thermistor, iirc it’s a white connector on the side of the coolant thermostat housing. Perhaps check the resistance at the sensor for being within spec at temp.

Thanks a bunch for the info. I'm going to dig into it when I get a day off.
