I am the second owner. The original owner did extensive modifications to the bike. I guess he hardly used it because when I bought it she only had 7900 miles on it.

Power Commander and a hyper charger
Exterior
The previous owner did custom paint. Black with a metalic blue for the flames.
Suspension
The front forks were changed. It may not technically fit "Suspension" but it has Mustang Seats on it...my back-side has a tendency to call the seat part of the suspension.
Wheel and Tire
250mm rear tire kit and custom wheels. I haven't figured out who made the wheels. But they look sweet (and polished up just fine after I bought it and applied elbow-grease).
