Crank case breather and oil blow by help

I bought a Vulcan 800 bobber. Just wanted to know where the breather is. Mainly where is the oil blow by vent? I can’t find the little bottle or vent line where the oil blow by gets contained in. I want to know if this bike is properly venting and and running correctly. Also they took the emissions filter off so the tube that connects between the two heads is not plugged like with a ball bearing or marble. Should it be plugged up or is that where some of the oil blow can vent out of?
