Milwaukee bike boots, anyone tried them?

HI All, I've finally worn out my Forma bike boots after three years, well ruined more like since having the big cruiser (V2K) Being a touring type boot they are set up for sports stance, comfy, but hopeless on the cruiser due to the reverse ankle angle.

I'm looking for decent boots that can handle the daily abuse of commuting, touring and rain. Looking at a set of milwaukee boots as per the link. I'm a flat(fat) footed UK size 9 so they have to have a wide toe area.
We don't have these down our way so any comments would be great.

My jacket and chaps are Milwaukee, and they are remarkably high quality without breaking the bank. I would not hesitate to buy a pair of Milwaukee boots.

I own a pair of Milwaukee boots Style #MB433, Size US 9.5D. I've worn them for a little over a year and 4,500 miles. They are very comfortable and durable. I have no problem with room in the toe. Stitching and sole holding up with little wear. I've been very please with my $50.00 investment and would buy another pair.

I love mine. They're the zip up engineering boot style.. The only ones I found smart enough to put the zipper in the back of the boot where there's less rain / wind. I'll say that the online reviews had numerous people complaining about the top of the zipper being scratchy. It is, unless you cut / burn of the tiny little bit of excess heavy duty nylon thread that the leave there. It's kind of a stupid tiny thing that can be insanely annoying if you don't cut it off (unless, I suppose that someone out there has figured out what kind of socks don't ride down!).. and stupid of them to miss on such a high quality boot. I've walked as much as 4 miles in them (intentionally, not because I was stranded) without any blister or issue as well. I did have to add insoles, but that's normal with all of my shoes, including very expensive ones.

Short version: great effin' boot, even better for the price... wear them a couple of times and you'll figure out where that thread is to cut.

I have Milwaukee boots. Biker Cop style with a zipper towards the inside. Great soles, wearing well and they were only $90 at a local Farm & Fleet Store.

I tried on many different manufacturers boots, Milwaukee included. Finally settled on these from harley. And I am not a harley clothing fanatic by any means. I simply liked the design, low heel height, and the had the EE wide available. They are super comfortable, have platy of over ankle protection, and a side zipper. Well worth the investment and feel they will last for many many years. I actually feel naked when I ride without them on. No other boots I own even compare to the quality and performance.
