Angry Cree spot lights issue

Hi Everyone.

I just had the 2 x 9W cree lights professionally installed on my 05 Vulcan 1500 but they are far from bright. I thought these lights are supposed to be super bright. Can someone tell me why are they so dim. I had them installed by a mechanic and had a switch installed so I can turn it off when I don't need it.

I paid a lot to get these installed properly and I am not happy with the brightness of these lights . Any ideas???

Hi BAL, are the the single LED? I was looking at a pair the other day on eBay. I have found that a lot of items sold to on eBay marked Cree is not Cree, but a standard LED. Not saying that what happened to you, just sayin.

I have 4 18 watt lights on my jeep, you can literally light up a hillside, but they are more of a fog than a focused beam. unfortunately they would not look right on the Vulcan.
