Sheared shift lever bolt - any idea how to fix it?

Hey guys,

On my way to work today, my shift lever went limp... I pulled over and saw that apparently the connection point of the forward controls linkage sheared cleanly (at 13242 in this diagram: https://www.revzilla.com/oem/kawasak...-a6-vulcan-800)

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? I'd assumed it was just a bolt that I sheared through, but I'm not sure how 13242 actually connects to the mount point that 92151 goes into.

Let me know if you have any tips - I've never broken something like this before.
