Which line is this?

Hi,

I just finished scooterizing my intake and am left with 1 hose and small nipple on the bottom of the backplate that wasn't mentioned in Russian Wolf's instructions. (It's not the one that goes to the little catch can). He just seems to have sealed it and glued weather stripping over it.

In the attached picture, it's the one marked with the red circle. Does anyone know what this line is for and if it's supposed to have a vacuum?

Thanks!

Floorboards are wear items. Scooterized, 52 pilot, 170 main and 3.25 turns out. 18/40 sprockets.

The line ended open under the sprocket cover so it's probably just a secondary drain as the one going to the little canister sits back in the recessed snorkel portion.

the only vacuum hose/line is the one that goes from petcock to the top of the carb, if that hose circled goes to the left side of the bike and end exits over the chain then that's an oil hose
