Starter Clutch Breaking Continuously

Hello folks, I'm new to this site and looking for some help with a stubborn starter clutch that continues to break without doing any miles (4th clutch and gears). When it started runs grand. The last time it went got the new clutch tested and test seemed to be fine, it sat in the shed a week till i needed it, tried to start battery dipped and CRUNCH. would really appreciate any insight.
Thanks

1. How many miles on the bike?
2. How long have you owned?
3. What is the history of the bike?

42034-1143 coupling it would split on one side. Yea the rear cylinder would drop off on occasion but a new coil pack seemed to fix it for the most part
