Want Mustang solo seat in place of 2up

Hi all. I am in need of a Mustang seat and want to go solo on my 2002 800 classic. Right now it has the one piece stock 2up seat on it and the padding is shot after 15 years. My question is, if i go with a solo seat, it would mount where i would be taking the bracket piece off of the fender right? I see a seat on Ebay that is a two piece mustang seat and i see that the drivers saddle has two mounting brackets that look like it mounts to where the fender cross bracket would be if i removed it.

Is that right? They usually mount in the holes left behind after taking that gold cross bracket off??

Thanks for any help.

Harry

Never mind, yes, the solo seat uses the two holes left behind after taking the stock seat mounting bracket off. Found the instructions on line.
