Valves to loose ?

So I readjusted my valves a couple days ago. They were pretty tight . About .05 mm to tight after 4000 miles since my last adjustment. This time I was kind of in a hurry and after I got it buttoned all back up I'm super perinoid that I set them to loose (mabye one shim size to small.) I hear horror story's about valves that are too tight but almost nothing about them being too loose. It still runs fine actually gains three extra mpgs on my last fill up. But the valves are a bit noisier than normal and it feels like it's lacking power tho to be honest that veary well could just be in my head. Is this something I should be concerned enough to to pull the valve covers off and re adjust again or just run it and call it good ?

The correct adjustment is the only adjustment, so you will have to decide what to do.
