regulator/rectifier

iv'e tried doing a search but can't find the answer. on a 2019 voyager why are there 2 regulator/rectifiers. seen it this way in a parts phish.
just seemed strange to me that it would need 2.

Looking at the electrical diagram, I'd say that each one rectifies half of the A/C sine waves for the 3 phases put out by the stator. One R/R for the positive part of the wave and one for the negative.

Installed:
RAM mount for TomTom Rider 400 (with anti theft module)
6000k LED Headlight & Spots; Kisan Headlight Modulator (works with LEDs),
__Brake Light Modulator, LED License Plate Holder
Longer Kickstand
Dobeck EJK 3.0
Lucky Mirror Extenders
Misc. RAM Mounts for Cup Holder, SPOT, Phone, etc.
Chuckster BAK, Trailer Hitch and Cooler Rack
Wiring for Trailer
Ray's Throttle Mod
Things to do:
Drilling Baffle Plates (Maybe)
Paint HF Tag Along Trailer to Match Bike

LET'S RIDE

There are 2 stators integrated into one unit, hence the need for 2 reg/rect's.
This is done to increase the total output of the alternator.

Actually, the Voyager (at least the 2010) only has 1.
