Drivers Back Rest

Is there any place selling a drivers back rest for a 2015 Voyager besides Grasshopper. I think they are cheaply made and I didn’t want to have to purchase a whole seat system just to get the drivers backrest.

I had the Grasshopper and recently changed it with THIS ONE. I like it better then the Grasshopper for comfort. adjustability and looks. You do have to remove two bolts to remove this one compared to just slipping the Grasshopper off the bike. I picked it up for 175.00 used.

The bracket would bolt down just under the back of the drivers seat.

Nice but I’m in Canada and that one would cost me near $600 by the time I take into account money exchange, taxes and duties. I can get a Ultimate two piece seat with drivers backrest for $750 out of the factory in Canada. I just didn’t want to spend that kind of cash. Thanks for the reply.

Have you got a picture of that backrest on the bike? It looks like it would really push you forward on the seat. How does it adjust? Can't really tell much about how it adjusts, other than it swivels, from their pictures.

Installed:
RAM mount for TomTom Rider 400 (with anti theft module)
6000k LED Headlight & Spots; Kisan Headlight Modulator (works with LEDs),
__Brake Light Modulator, LED License Plate Holder
Longer Kickstand
Dobeck EJK 3.0
Lucky Mirror Extenders
Misc. RAM Mounts for Cup Holder, SPOT, Phone, etc.
Chuckster BAK, Trailer Hitch and Cooler Rack
Wiring for Trailer
Ray's Throttle Mod
Things to do:
Drilling Baffle Plates (Maybe)
Paint HF Tag Along Trailer to Match Bike

LET'S RIDE

Yes I had one on my VTX. It was poorly made and started to come apart in the seams after a year or so. It looked like someone was making them in they’re garage and selling them. I wouldn’t bother getting another one.

I added a Grasshopper to my Nomad when I bought it in 2015. I've ridden through most of the lower 48 and in all kinds of weather and have never had a problem with it. For the price I don't think you can beat the Grasshopper.

Maybe you got some faulty unit... I got mine couple of years ago and same as CarGuy had no issues with mine, and it still looks and feels like new.
Maybe give it another chance... order from Amazon, if you don't like it you can always return it.
