BAK's: performance numbers?

In looking at BAK's Are there any hard numbers to look at?
I believe one claimed to be worth 8.5 hp over stock, but not sure if it's still available.(thunder perf.)
Would like to see a comparison of std. K&N vs BAK.

My k & n on my Nomad significantly improved throttle response, performance and mileage. Simple to do and 5x the airflow & good fir 50000 miles.

Back when I had 1700's coming outa my ears most of the skoots on my dyno where I was able to compare the stock intake to whatever brand of BAK I installed made between 7-9 more peak H.P.

The stock intake is designed to minimize intake noise and that aids in meeting our sound regulations, but in doing that it also kills power.
