I have Chuckster's BAK and undrilled baffles. My settings:

G - 1.5
Y - 2.5
R - 1.5
GB - 5
YB - 3.5
RB - 4

Some folks will set GB much lower, but I find it unnecessary, and a higher number saves gas. I am not trying to wring out every ounce of performance out, just better than stock, cooler running, and better mpg. I am very pleased with these settings.

Installed:
RAM mount for TomTom Rider 400 (with anti theft module)
6000k LED Headlight & Spots; Kisan Headlight Modulator (works with LEDs),
__Brake Light Modulator, LED License Plate Holder
Longer Kickstand
Dobeck EJK 3.0
Lucky Mirror Extenders
Misc. RAM Mounts for Cup Holder, SPOT, Phone, etc.
Chuckster BAK, Trailer Hitch and Cooler Rack
Wiring for Trailer
Ray's Throttle Mod
Things to do:
Drilling Baffle Plates (Maybe)
Paint HF Tag Along Trailer to Match Bike

LET'S RIDE

I have a 2010 Voyager. No O2 sensor on the bike or with the EJK, so I'm not sure. Did you rent the SAFR diagnostic tool by chance? You do need the provided O2 sensor for that.

If you have questions, contact Dobeck. They will gladly help you out.
