Sending my ECU to Ivan from Canada

Hello, I have a question for Canadian members. How did you send your ECU to Ivan? I want to avoid any tariffs, duties fees etc. His website says send it by post and insure for $850.00. If it's insured for that much won't it get hit with some tariffs or something?

Thanks

I'd give Ivan a call. Sure he deals with this sort of thing everyday.

Garage
I have mailed my ECU to Ivan twice and both times used Canada Post and insured without problems. There is no duty or tariff as it is being sent for repair.
