Does anybody know the bulb number for the silver star bulbs for a 2011 Vaquero headlight. Asked the local auto parts clerk. He looked at me like I had seven heads,

Yes. I had 1 in my Nomad also, so as soon as I bought the Voyager I went and picked up a new Silver Star for it.

Order the Osram Silverstar, not the Sylvania Silverstar.

The Osrams do not have the blue coating that reduces light output.

Dunno if this is the best price, merely posted for example.

I have been using Siilverstar on my Voyager and three previous rides, can't beat the lumination for the price, but I could only get about two seasons of use out of them.I contacted Osram Sylvania they asked me to send them back, the atributed the problem to an overcharging electrical system, but that wasn't the case they did however send me two new ones.
I also use the Silverstar 1156 bulbs for the rear turn signals, and the 1157 for the front turn/running lights they too are brighter than stock
