Newbe question

First off I apologize in advance and I am sure this ha been asked many times but I can't find the answer. I just bought a 2012 velcan 1700 nomad and am looking for what oil filters some run that can be bought at a parts store si I don't have to go to the Stealership. Mobile Number or Purorlator number would help. I can cross them over then Thanks

Garage
Don't know the number off hand, but I use a K&N. They have the 17mm nut made on the end of them so they can be removed with a wrench or socket. I get them at Advance Auto Parts.

Thanks Guys, After doing some research I have come up with the info I needed. And for a change I got lucky and I have 7 oil filters that I bought for my Royal Star Venture that I totaled and the 1700 Nomad takes the same oil filter. So I am good for the next year.
