Help with wiring

Hey guys...
I'm trying to find a point where i could content my GPS to.
I removed the left speaker and lower left storage as I have read somewhere that this is the best way to get to some wires without removing the fairing.
Anyway, i found some plugs, please see attached pic.
Since i want to stay as stock as possible when it comes to this mod, i will be placing the cigarette lighter type of socket inside the storage box and the GPS will connect to that... Please see the second pic to see what i mean.

Now the question... i think i found the +12v wire... The seconds from the bottom in the pic, looks greyish.
Would that be the cables to use???
And from that cig lighter socket... Where do i connect the negative/ground wire???

Thanks.

Here is a link to instructions (second page) that show the wires that you have located. They are the GPS wires for a Zumo with audio. There is 12V in the mix (see the PDF file).

There's also a set of power on accessory connectors in the fairing. I think the GPS wires would be very low amp.
