Does the Super Bright LED work plug and play?

2011 VN1700 with part number 92069 for stock brake light

https://www.superbrightleds.com/more...sher/923/2274/

Will the superbright work plug and play in place of the stock bulb or do I need to add a load resistor?

And from what you can tell does this look like the correct match?

Thanks
