Nomad and Classic Bib

The guys from www.sagebrushdesigns.com do have bibs for the Nomad and Classic owners out there even though it's not advertised on their website.

It's 199$ CDN so about 160$ US

Thanks for the lead. A friend and I both own Nomads and have been looking for someone who was making tank bibs for our bikes. Will be checking them out.

Leather is ~ 1/8" thick with a felt backing and apparently fabrication time is about 12 to 14 days.

Looks good to me an the lacing is sharp. I'll be ordering one....

I guess it's for those who's tank is not so beautiful at the moment.

For me, it for practical reasons. Ie, front pouch.

Like Vulcanader said, sometimes it is out of necessity. The previous owner of my Nomad made a mess of the top of the tank between the pin stripes.

I ordered this one a little while ago http://www.moto24.co.uk/hepco-becker...0-classic.html Found it in the 1700 gear thread.

At $227 shipped it is a good bit higher but still a good bit less than half what it would cost to paint and re-stripe to original color.

Sagebrush does great work. I patterned some lowers for them year ago for my Kingpin with a Lindby bar on it. Still have it and it looks great...

Hey TS Tinker,
It's hard to tell by looking at the picture, but how do these pouches close. Is it a snap or something?

They haven't arrived yet. When they do I will post a 1st impression here.

It looks to be a rigid post like an old school belt buckle in the pic mounted on the pouch with a 2 hole strap on the cover.

It will probably take over a week for it to get here from Germany. I will post some pics here after install.
