Valve Clearance Inspection

Hi all. I've got 28,600 km's. I'm about to change the spark plugs (a bit behind here) and check the valve clearance. Has any been faithfull to the mtce schedule? Any tips?

Get a set of those bent gauges, print out the clearance guide and take your time. If you're valves are in clearance It's really only an hour job. If they're not you'll need to take the shims out and measure them to know what you have and what you have to get. That will take quite a bit more time and a micrometer, preferably metric.
