From what I've read over the last couple of years, OEM pads are probably the cheapest and long lasting. Go with those.
When you pull the caliper out, there is a pin that the pads pivot on, it has cliip pin in it. Pull the clip first and then pull the pin out. Don't assume as it has a hex head on it that it is a bolt and start twisting. That little pin is a pain to get out when it's bent and wrapped around a couple times but fairly cheap to replace.
