Does anyone know of anything other than blue collar Bonner for parts to switch to a bobber?

Back alley bobbers make a kit for our 9's. not sure what the prices are. im currently converting my 12' vn900 classic se to a bobber. not going to buy any kits though. im going to get the fenders from a salvage yard or make stuff myself.
