Ok, I'm getting a Mustang Seat, but does it...

Change my seating position??? I'm tall so I don't want to be higher or closer.

AND...

How can I add a backrest for the PASSENGER? I see the option for the driver, but not the passenger.

the passenger backrests are not built into the seats. They are bolt on accessories:

Much cheaper than a Mustang seat and can move you back and down on the bike:

I did the Memory Foam mod and couldn't be happier, only cost me $140 + shipping.

I am 6'0" and did not notice much of a change in position when I switched to the Mustang Wide Touring Seat.

I didn't think the Mustang puts you any further forward, but it does sit you about 1" higher over stock. Made it a bit easier for me (5' 10") to see over the top of the windshield.

I'm pretty short at 5'8 and my Mustang Wide Touring is great. It did move me up about 1-2 inches higher.
